We cover all DOA merchandise including FedEx delays. If FedEx is delayed, and your items do not deliver until the next day, and they are DOA, we cover all losses. We cover all corals for 48 hours. In the event of DOA, we require that you provide us with clear pictures of the dead coral in the bag within two hours of the delivery time.
